MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Hinsdale Central High School Foundation is to provide enrichment and enhancement of educational programs and opportunities for students by securing and distributing financial and other resources.

GOALS

Enrich Student Academic Endeavors

  • Create special programs/activities in a variety of subject areas
  • Recognize outstanding academic achievement through student scholarship

Encourage Excellence in Teaching

  • Award the Jodie Harrison Memorial Teachers’ Grant

Facilitate School/Community Partnerships

  • Create mentorship experiences
  • Encourage community service projects
  • Invite corporate and community participation in education

Promote the Fine Arts

  • Sponsor Artist-in Residence programs

Foster Ongoing Relationships with Hinsdale Central Alumni

  • Organize the Hinsdale Central High School Alumni Association
  • Establish Hall of Fame and Distinguished Alumni Programs

Create an Endowment

  • Support programs financially through contributions from alumni, Parents, and community resources
